Amazing garden pod built in a day.
Kaizer and Dayle arrived at 7.15 and had finished making the medium garden pod by 4 o'clock. They worked tirelessly all day, were very professional and accurate, plus were both so happy and approachable too. Everything was explained and any queries answered. We couldn't have wished for a better team and are so pleased with our new garden room. Thank you.

The best on-line buying experience I’ve ever had!
The levels of service were the best I have ever experienced when ordering on-line. Right from placing the order up t9 taking delivery, I was kept informed at every stage of the process and even more impressive was the choices I was give around delivery dates/times etc. This meant
I could choose the exact time to take delivery without having to wait around for hours unnecessarily or take time off work.
Although there was a slight issue with the goods I ordered, I contacted Customer Services and Leah was very friendly and professional and also excellent in getting the matter resolved very quickly.
All round very impressed with the levels of service.

Great service
Customer service was excellent. I was kept well informed at all times. Something went wrong with my delivery and it didn’t come as stated. I was able to get in touch with cuckooland easily who were really helpful. They contacted the delivery company to ensure delivery next day. The following day, they called me to let me know that delivery had been scheduled and I should expect the parcel. Would definitely order from them again, customer service was really good.

Great price with a great service!
Bought the Ooni Koda 12, which was over £60 cheaper than anywhere else.
Ordered Tuesday night, arrived Thursday with free delivery.
Don't normally write reviews feel compelled to do so.
Excellent price, excellent service which I can't fault in any way.
Would.definately shop here again and highly recommend.

Polite but inefficient after sales care.
There was a missing part from my purchase, I reached out to the customer support team from cuckooland who came across very polite, but are not very efficent.
Its been 3 weeks and despite an ongoing communications, Im still without the missing parts. They are saying (probably correctly so) its their supplier who needs to provide the parts, but I purchased from cuckooland (and Dont have access to their supplier) therefore I expect them ensure I get the missing part to the customer (me) asap, but their the attention to detail and following through on this is very very slow.
i'm still waiting on the missing part so I can actually use the product I was delivered 3 weeks ago....

Upon delivery of this replacement, you then advise you were missing a further element to which we responded within our advised time frame of 2 working days and raised them for you. These have now been dispatched today and are on their way to you. We do hope you continue to use your Maze Rattan set.
